當(dāng)周圍空氣(qì)溫(wēn)度為(wéi)15-35℃,相對(duì)濕度(dù)不大(dà)於80%時(shí),補償導綫的綫(xiàn)芯間(jiān)和綫(xiàn)芯與屏蔽層之間的絕緣電(diàn)阻每10米(mǐ)不小於5MΩ。

物(wù)理(lǐ)機械性(xìng)能(néng)

一般用補償(cháng)導綫的絕(jué)緣層(céng)和護套的(dí)物(wù)理性(xìng)能和老化性(xìng)能應符合表規定。

 防潮(cháo)性(xìng)能

耐熱(rè)用(yòng)補(bǔ)償(cháng)導綫應(yīng)經受環境(jìng)溫度40±2℃,相對濕(shī)度95±3%,歷時24小(xiǎo)時(shí)防潮(cháo)性能試驗(yàn)後,補償(cháng)導(dǎo)綫的(dí)綫芯間和(hé)綫芯與(yǔ)屏(píng)蔽層(céng)之間的絕緣電阻每(měi)米不小於(yú)25 MΩ。

低(dī)溫(wēn)卷繞性能

一般(bān)用(yòng)補償導綫應(yīng)經受(shòu)-20℃的低(dī)溫(wēn)卷(juàn)繞(rào)試(shì)驗(yàn)後(hòu),用(yòng)目(mù)力觀(guān)察(chá)卷(juàn)繞在(zài)試棒(bàng)上(shàng)的試樣的絕緣(yuán)層應無任何裂紋。

 彎曲(qū)半(bàn)徑

有銅帶屏蔽(bì)的(dí)補(bǔ)償電(diàn)纜, 應不(bù)小於電纜(lǎn)外徑(jìng)的16倍;

其(qí)它結構的補償電纜, 應不小於電纜外徑的10倍(bèi)

 

耐熱性(xìng)能

耐熱(rè)用補償導綫應經受220±5℃歷時24小時耐熱(rè)性能試驗(yàn)後,立(lì)即(jí)將試(shì)樣在(zài)5倍其(qí)直(zhí)徑的圓柱體上彎曲180度後(hòu)應表麵(miàn)無裂(liè)紋,補(bǔ)償導綫的(dí)綫(xiàn)芯間(jiān)和綫芯與屏(píng)蔽層(céng)之間(jiān)的絕(jué)緣電(diàn)阻每米不小於25MΩ。
